Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Digital only. Everything MoonMapped sells (life-area readings, question answers and the Deep Life Report) is digital content. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.
  • When you get it. Your reading is written and shown in your browser right after payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. Question credits are available immediately.
  • Where you get it. On moonmapped.com, in the browser you paid with. To open it in another browser or device, use “Paid on another device, or nothing unlocked?” with the payment ID from your Razorpay receipt.
  • If it doesn't arrive. Reopening the reading retries it at no cost. If it still fails, see the Refund Policy or contact us.
